FROM THE BEGINNING THE RECIPE FOR NIMEX´ SUCCESS WAS THE FACT THAT THEY FOCUSED ON UNCOMPROMISING QUALITY. IT WAS ONLY THE SUCCESSFUL SALES OF HIGH QUALITY BARRACUDA FILLETS FROM NIGERIA WHICH WAS MOTIVATING FOR FOUNDING THE COMPANY.
Until today the passion for perfect quality is the driving force behind Nimex and the majority of raw materials of the mostly ethnic food products are sourced in countries worldwide. Even most of the cooks come from the respective regions and thus guarantee the authenticity of the products. Nimex refrains from the use of food additives wherever possible. Fresh raw materials are used on a daily basis and for the future we can guarantee that the most important ingredient to all products will be our passion for food.
The next major and logical step, which we took in summer 2016, was the Halal certification of our plant in Dieburg by the renowned Halal Food Council of Europe HFCE. Increased demand of our customers for Halal products as well as significant growth rates in this market segment in Europe motivated us to make this important move.
